There is an "Exclusive Uploader" whose IV rips I enjoy and have been torrenting with his knowledge and consent. Should I refrain from doing so until the staff discusses this "scenario"?

I completed one rip using meguIVit_0.2.1 without any problems and another is close to finishing. I disabled the pre-rendering pass to see if it would save time -- the fps rate went down maybe 15% or so but without the second pass it was basically a wash. But I like not having that huge...

Sorry, let me clarify. On my new 64-bit machine 1.3 will not run. I have NOT tried the standard 1.4 but I will. 1.4x64 Version A has produced one clean rip and crashed about 20% into another. Version B has produced one clean rip and is close to completing a second without problems. And...

Sorry, didn't save the error -- but it was a generic error with little info -- similar to the last one I posted. I just completed a rip without errors using Version B. Again the original 1.3 app will not play on my 64-bit machine at all. I'll try a few more with Version B and keep reporting back.

Unfortunately more problems. After an error free 60fps rip using the Version A 64-bit MeguiVit alternative, I had a different rip produce a Visual C+++ error with the same application. . So now I am trying Version B and will report back.

I'm blessed with being too stupid to understand all this. I'll try version 1.4 on 64-bit when I get a chance to confirm a crash.

Is version A the same as the "test 1" Zip file I am currently using? I will try version B when my current rip finishes. Thanks again.

Test 1 Zip file is working great so far -- no problems. Thanks for the quick response. I recently upgraded to a new system -- a 60fps rip is now cruising along at 4 times the speed that a 30fps rips used to take on my old clunker.:cheer:

Yes, sorry -- I should have mentioned that. After installing each of the redistributables the application still errors out right when video encoding begins. The only difference is before there was a blank error screen and now the error screen looks like this: Intell Core i7 CPU Q720...

I am having the same issues on the same system -- 64-bit Windows 7 / i7 processor. The original MeguIV runs fine.
