Yes the shape of the implant appears next to her ribs. Implantless boobs would not squish like that. The curve would be more natural.

I am generally skeptical with thin girls with large boobs. The way they look when she's lying down doesn't make me go 100% natural, but it may be because she's thin and there isn't much fat. Upon further "study" I am more open to the natural possibility.
