I've seen Sakura Aida and Marie Konishi do that at least once--both with black men, interestingly enough. Marie's one was SMD 110; I have no idea what Sakura's title was.

It wasn't bad...but it wasn't great. I'd have liked to know more about the disaster that turned the city into a modern ruin, and I agree with you that the only real character development was with the Psycho Sisters. If they'd done that a bit more, we might have seen a full season, at least.

Don't know the anime, but here's a starting point: the artist is Range Murata, who did character designs for some games (I think) and at least one anime series: Last Exile. I know she's not in that. Suggest you find portfolios of his works. She's probably in one of them.
