Does anyone have KYHG-023?

Hi everyone. I am having a hell of a time IDing either the original clip or the movie that this appears in. I am not too antiquated with Rio's work, so I thought perhaps someone here would have a better shot at figuring out the source of this than I could. Image: Video can be seen below.

Would anyone be able to re-upload KYHG-023? I had an incident of hard-drive failure and failed to back up all of the ryushare movies I downloaded.
