Not very reliable, I checked 3 or 4 and they weren't real creampies at all, there could be real ones in that list tho but I don't have the time to scan it. DANDY-292 Second scene definitely looks like a real creampie.

Example: in that movie SDMT-773 at 35:33 actor pulls out, cums on her and puts it back in. You can clearly see he doesn't move off-camera to remove the condom like it usually happens.

There's plenty of evidence if you look closely, you're free to watch them and make an idea for yourself. Or don't. I'm just giving you a starting point.

now that's interesting I never noticed that label, I tried searching for SOD 真正中出し and found a lot of movies on DUGA tagged that way (but not the above-mentioned SDDE-384 which only has it on the DVD cover. That means there are many others to be found).

I'm watching the DE-censored version of SDDE-389 and looks like the creampies are real, which is pretty surprising for a soft on demand movie, even tho it is an old one.
