cead220.mp4.torrent has payload of cesd220.mp4. Perhaps wrong file or simply wrong name? Also, screen shot file is labeled cesd-220_s.jpg, even though it does seem to be cead-220.

copy the magnet link in the first post and paste it into your torrent client. for utorrent, use File->Add torrent from URL
