A toggle could be added for RM. I have Javplayer so I can do all myself but it would be a handy feature. The Series one is a great idea as I make up my own series if they dont exist. Mines at 10,345 now over 32TB

You using windows? Type into Search box: %appdata% Open the folder. Now press the up arrow to go up a folder level and go into folder: LocalLow [Do not delete anything in here]
Find JavLuv or hit J on the keyboard.
This is where JavLuv Saves all its data. I am guessing here that its a permissions issue if its on drive C or your windows drive. I am sure JavLuv gives you an option to relocated the data to another folder but Im not home at the moment to check.
A temp option would be to do all the scanning and then check in here if the folder size has changed. Copy all the files to another location and then restore them if they get deleted. Its hard to say unless I know more details from you.
Also check all the files are not Read Only. Highlight them all, right click on them and select properties. Make sure read only box is unticked and then press Apply or OK.
What I would do TmpGuy is when creating the Actress, have a alternate name as her name in reverse as in: Akane Mitani/Mitani Akane and that would save 90% of dupe issues.
Those 32TB, how do you manage that much storage? Do you have many harddrive or NAS? I use external harddisk and its quite troublesome to maintain/manage the movies.

Do you mean the Javluv? If so, I think Javluv only available for windows not for mobile.

If you have installed to the default directory it will look something like this: "C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\JavLuv" You path may be slightly different because you may have named that root directory, which I have namedd "Users" to your own name, but you are looking for the path to the AppData/Local...Sorry if this has already been asked. But where does it download the photos for the movie art and actresses profiles? I can't find them
One other little thing that you may have already figured out, in that javluv directory there is a folder called thumbnails, that is what they are, IE the thumbnails of the covers for the program display. The full-sized version of the covers will be in the orginal directories where the videos are located.
I had a computer issue after installing a bad driver today and had to use safe mode to get things going again. To my dismay I noticed that the actress view in Javluv is now completely empty. I looked in the AppData\Local\JavLuv folder and is has a 2kb actresses.xml in which are just a few names. Did I manage to lose all my actress data somehow? Is there a way or place on my drive where an older version of the XML can be found? If not how would I re-scan all my files to get the actress data populated again? I hope the data is not gone, because I invested a lot of time in getting all the info correct.
Ohhh Yorin. I think that I have bad news for you, I think that your only option now is to delete the entire javluv folder within appdata//local... and re-scan everything. My recollection, Pray that I am wrong, but once you've scanned the nfo file data,if the scan gets stopped or corrupted, the program will not continue to re-scan the actress data. I've been down this road a few times and the only solution that I have found is to ditch everything and start again. There are a few advantages to doing that but it is a huge pain, especially for me because I have horrendous internet speed, 7Mbs, so re-scanning everything is a Multi-day affair. So, if someone else knows a better, quicker, solution please save Yorin from my advice. Cheers.

The default setting in Javluv is to uncheck the button (on the left if you click the actress tab) that says, show all actresses. The system, when it searches for images of all actresses, if it doesn't find one then it can't download an image, hence the blank thumbnail. Unchecking 'show all images' will only show headshot images of the actress's that it has found. So, what you can do for the blank ones is open that actresses profile page and in the blankspot in the upper left, right click and click import images and you can manually add a profile picture.
The double name/picture is determined by the .nfo data that Javluv uses to enter relevant data. That .nfo information is very subjective and sometimes completely wrong. You may be seeing multiple names because they are psudonyms and Javluv will list them under alternate names.
I have run into a problem where javluv has grouped together 2 completely different actresses, likely because of the .nfo file it found but that is a problem that requires manual intervention.
Ultimately though the actress profile pic is an issue that TmpGuy, The program's creator, is always trying to improve but it is an ongoing issue and a small price to pay for the rest of the programs` benefits.

is there a way to make it so thumbnail won't all be like hhd800.webp? Also all the 300MIUM, 390JNT, LUXU are unsearchable on the net?
