I haven't found any other sub sites other than 163sub.org and a lot of those subs are incomplete or fake.
I wish I could find a way to check out just newly submitted subs there. There is supposedly a page for that but it's not showing me what I want.
I might post a new sub this weekend. It's for a 1 hour video and it's one where the source subtitles were so bad that I had to do most of the subbing on my own.
Expect a lot of mistakes in it but unless you know a lot of Japanese it will still make perfect sense.
It's one of 4.5 hours of uncensored material I have of a special actress and I'll be posting subs for 4 of those hours. The last 30 minutes is an extra, and while the dialog is limited it's about hypnotism and I just can't understand more than a few lines.

I wish I could find a way to check out just newly submitted subs there. There is supposedly a page for that but it's not showing me what I want.

As mentioned in the teaser the Chinese subtitles for this were really bad.
I've done my best to get it working but a lot of the dialog is about articles in an import store (clothes, shoes, hats, cups, glasses, prices and such) and I'm not all that familiar with a lot of the terms. This is one of few subtitles I'm uploading here that I'm quite uncertain of in terms of translation quality.
If you know Japanese well, you're welcome to comment.
As it stands, it does tell the story well, if not 100% correctly, so download and watch with that in mind.
A note: Always read my notes before commenting on my translations. I've always been up front with my language skills and how I translate so don't make a big thing out of it.
When I submitted a couple of unfinished scripts to Desioner (scripts without any Chinese or Korean subtitle source) I had managed to translate about 40-60% of the dialog and most of that went unchanged in his edit and subsequent full translation.

Aoi Shirosaki - Carib-111215-416 aka 1pondo-092415-159
Well, here's the second uncensored release with Aoi Shirosaki.
This time she's getting a surprise during a shoot in the morning.
It's a really intense and partly funny one hour video.
Translation was done with the help of a Korean script. The Chinese subtitles that were available (same group as the Carib-032416-525 video) were very sketchy.
I've added some lines and changed some meanings that the script got wrong. Some lines were hard to hear and the Korean translator had trouble with them as well.

A long time ago, I said I was translating a Saeko Matsushita video.
Well, here it is.
SSPD-137 When A Married Woman Opens Her Doors Wide
This video has some fair acting in it and the plot, a house wife who has a fling outside of her marriage, is good. There's a lot of consensual sex in it so it seems to be different from most videos in this series.
The video is just under 2 hours long and has about 360 lines of dialog so there's not an awful lot of dialog during sex.
The subtitles are translated from the Korean script with minor help from the Chinese versions (2). The Chinese script had lots of things wrong in one of the dialog/acting sequences, tough, so I didn't use it much. I have made corrections to the translation where needed.

I don't think I will translate any variety shows any time soon. The main reason is they're so dialog intensive and not many have been properly translated into Chinese or Korean. There are some Chinese subtitled videos out there but most are of the low quality white with purple outline subtitles kind. I'm not saying that group is mistranslating things but they abbreviate way too much and leave at least 30% of the lines untranslated. The only exceptions I've seen are the subs for sspd-137 which were pretty accurate except for the part I mentioned above and the subtitles for Suzu Ichinose's video Caribbeancom-022517_381 in the scene where she's taking care of a customer on the brown bed.
