    Hi cb! Welcome to the thread. :hi:

    It's possible for foreign customer's to make purchases on ABV. The obstacle that you will have to overcome is not the ABV website itself, but ABV's credit processing service -- ZeroWeb. I'm not 100% on this but I believe ZeroWeb will automatically decline non-japanese cards (at least at first). I assume this is done to limit their fraud liability for overseas payments. Regardless, ZeroWeb will allow you to use your card once you have notified them of your problem here creditinfo@zeroweb.co.jp . At least that was the case with me when I tried to use my card on ABV.

    If you contact ABV several times and ask for the manager he may give your credit card approval. I have an account with them and live in Canada. You do not need zeroweb

    There is also this site which uses rakuten for their billing may be easier for you. I posted instructions on this thread some time ago. Just stay away from the DRM protected ones

    When I sent my email to Zeroweb requesting authorization to use my card it was in Japanese, but I know they have members of their staff that speak english so I don't know if its required per se. Perhaps that will be more succesfull as you suggested?

    If they are no longer accepting overseas customers then you might have to go the route that Speedo mentioned with the ABV site management?
