I managed to ID this!

It's an old video RCT-051 from rocket-incDOTnet (with the hyphen)

Those who were extremely turned on by this video will be pleased to note they have a lot of this genre. In fact, one of their later releases seems to tout over 300 minutes of action in a 3000 yen dvd.
