Will it display properly (in 2D), or is there distortion?

Cost, even low cost, is a major factor, but it's far from being the only one.

Generally, the smartphone market is a minefield of nonexistent privacy and platform slavery.
Only having 2 competitors to choose from, who are both highly abusive, puts us all in a bad situation.

Why would anybody pay money for that?
Porn, even 3D porn, isn't enough to compensate for the dangers.
