This is a 2-d animation from 2000, but is significantly better than most of the animes from that time. It involves a guy getting reverse r***ing on a beach by a bunch of girls. I had it on my old computer until the hard drive blew up.

Right, its a game as well, but there also is a video compilation of all the game scenes put together, which is about 45 mins long.
