Thanks, do you have the guide to translate it? I have tried one time but i couldn't do it
-Download "Subtitle Edit" software. and install
-Click "Auto Translate" from the tool bar
-choose Chinese (or whatever language) to English, click translate, wait and then click "ok"
-Save the new file.

If you will traslate Ai Uehara films i will buy many of them
We don't translate movies randomly, we translate for people who pay for one movie translation. For example, one client want subtitles for a Julia movie, the client pays for the translation and receive the subs when the translation is done.

Is there an automatic translation site or application? can you help me?
Can you elaborate and clarify what you are talking about?
Are you asking for an application that automatically translates SPOKEN/SOUND language....or an application that automatically translates WRITTEN translations into a different language?
If you want an application that will automatically translate a subtitle file (.srt for example) to a different language (Chinese to English for example) then Subtitle Editor is a good option. ( I am pretty sure it's been mentioned several times in this thread, actually).
Download and instructions can be found at https://nikse.dk/SubtitleEdit/

SPOKEN/SOUND
I've used pyTranscriber with mixed results. It's sort of hard to complain, since it's free, but I've had it crash on me pretty often, and the underlying speech-to-text engine doesn't work all that reliably for anything except the most clearly-spoken text, and sometimes not even then.

You get better results if you manually clean up the file by isolating speech and ensuring the volume is normalized.

how to do this?
Well, I use TMPGEnc to extract the audio file, and Sound Forge to edit it next to the video. I look for non-speaking parts of the wave file and mute the volume, and use the Normalize filter to boost the volume of speaking parts. There's no automated process - it's a lot of work. Unfortunately, both those programs are commercial apps, not free.

There are free programs available as well, but I don't have much experience with them, so can't give any specific directions Search for ffmpeg for video manipulation, and Audacity is a free audio editor that's pretty well known. I think both can do the same job.

Others might be able to point you towards more resources or more specific instructions with these tools. Good luck!
