Could be.
But it doesn't have that 'brain' thing going, so it's not that.
I've got it! It's a Kabuto.

To say the truth, this animal don't have a "popular" name. is a very rare animal. almost extinct. but have some life especimes living in a zoo (aquarium) in Texas, USA.

In 3 days I will post the links to information.

tip#1: The name of this aquarium in Texas is "Fort Worth Zoo"

tip#2: you fond information about this animal in wikipedia

EDITED:
I really not sure if "The Fort Worth Zoo" is really in Texas. I guess, maybe is in Virginia. I don't know: I don't know anything about USA Geographic locations.

Hmmm...

I am going to guess it is Bathynomus giganteus. Never been to Fort Worth Zoo and their pages are lacking greatly of ideas of what living organisms they stock.

My first guess would have been a liger - but I thought they would have clearer and more detailed tiger stripes.

No clue if it is not a liger.
