I was not born in the US but I grew up here.
African Americans have very negative and condescending views of Asian men.(remember Steve Harvey's racist jokes on Asian men?)
There used be an IR forum called Mr Marcus forum and IR-tube after the former closed.
They were pretty downright racist against Asian men with moderators doing nothing about it or sometimes even joining the party.
They were absolutely pissed if White porn stars did JAV especially if she does not do black men.
Japanese racism in contrast is pretty tame though.

You guys do not know enough of the inside stories, what JAV stars said about her IR etc.
For instance Nomiya Satomi(Nonomiya Misato) said DASD-254 was her first and was going to be her last IR.
When a JAV star does IR for the first time the title usually contains 黒人解禁 which means she is "lifting her ban of black men".
Both the producers and the actresses are pretty aware, intensely aware of the IR situation; it is rather an exception that a JAV star has an attitude "A cock is a cock, I don't care if it is Black, White or Yellow".

Part of it is the same reason why you don't see many white actors. Just a cultural thing, the actresses don't know many foreigners and are worried the scene will be awkward or they will do something they don't want. They have probably seen or heard about western porn and how fucked up is.

The black guys get work because of the "big block cock" myth. They rarely get portrayed as the bad guys, actually in Japan the image many people have of black people is of a bouncy fun loving dude. There are a couple of black celebrities like that. It's a racist stereotype but at least it's not the "black thug" one.

Most things i have seen is of the thuggery "watch out or they will rape you" type from doujin to live action porn. Its only recently that the NTR started becoming more prominent and even then there is some element of rape present in some of these.

Ive heard claims of the very few blacks getting work in japan because of the clear fetish aspect of it regarding irl black relationships being taboo or scandalous morally compared to whites or other foreigners.

Of course ive never been to japan so i cant say anything about that. And these claims are usually from people online so whether its actually true or just something made up is the question

I remember that forum. There were a lot of angry black guys on there. Alot of the members, including the mods and the guy that owned the site, were white.

You nailed it ! It's a cultural thing. JAV movies are made for japanese men or maybe asian guys to some extend. Immersion works better if you use an actor who looks like your targeted audience.

Even for me , scenes are awkward as fuck when the foreign guy doesn't understand anything and can't speak a word of japanese. You can see that the actress is also wondering what's going on. That's why they always use the same few black guys in JAV, they know a bit of japanese, know how to perform for the targeted audience, and all that stuff.

About Alexis Texas, people are so stupid to get mad just because she doesn't want to do IR. Actresses can choose what kind of movies they want to do. If she doesn't want to do IR, it's her decision. It can be for many reasons other than "skin color". It's just like August Ames who didn't want to perform with gay movie actors. There can be other reasons other than "she doesn't like gay people".
For example, I don't want to date a fat girl. I have nothing against fat people. It's just preferences (what I like, what turns me on, ...)

Western porn may be racist but it is not Blacks who are the most negatively portrayed. It is Asian men.
Until about 5 years ago, Asian men did not get to fuck even Asian women in Western porn.
In these movies they were usually short men with glasses and were only allowed to masturbate while Black or White men were fucking their Asian wives.
I just don't have a big enough heart to share Black men's pain when they are the biggest biggots against Asian men themselves.

Theres a difference between "preferences" and " i would never do anything with a black guy because of color of their skin. Saying you prefer a type of woman is different from the exclusion of a type of woman because of surface features. Thats literally what discrimination is.

To begin with, comparing extremely obsese people who likely have health issues to a person who has a darker skin shade than you saying its all preferences is fucking silly on the face of it.

I hate to break it to some people but ignorance and deflection only prove that theres a lot people willing to overlook issues with this kinda shit than look at it and accept it as part of the industry. That goes for east or west. Discrimination is just that against anyone

Going back to the original point. Im not gonna argue the logistics or morality of faking black people in jav even though even though the studio clearly wants the fetish intact nor will i try to parse any underlying motives or sentiments there.

Im rather arguing as a consumer of the point of this thread, i wanna see actual interracial if they are going to bother to try to use interracial to begin with. There is no basis to hold Japanese to a higher moral standard because they don't owe Blacks anything unlike Whites do.
If Steve Harvey ridicules Asian men wanting to be popular with American women and essentially gets away with it as a zany joke, Japanese surely can insult Blacks anyway they can and have fun.
It is just none of your business. If you think there is a business opportunity overlooked, start your own business.

Except that unlike in Western porn where the only reason Asian guys are there is to be humiliated and ridiculed, Japanese are not so inclined to humiliate White guys. I don't know why. If I were they I would love to humiliate them.

But average Black men on the street are quite racist. Most Corona related attacks on Asian women in NYC are mostly by Blacks.
Steve Harvey still hosts Family Feud. If a White or an Asian mocked Blacks he would be out of job the next day.
Shelovesasiancock, NDA and a few others with AMWF or AMXF theme were all owned and operated by Asian men. You cannot compare them with the big time JAV companies and producers.

You cannot use a few anecdotes to project on an entire race of people. By doing so, aren't YOU being prejudice? There are nearly 50,000,000 Black people in the U.S. alone. Are you going to seriously tell us that you know for a FACT that most of them are ""quite racist on the street"? How does that work?

Also if Websters defines racism as "a doctrine or political program based on the assumption of racism and designed to execute its principles" then how are Black people being systemically racist in the U.S. towards ANYONE? What part of the government, medical, housing, banking, agricultural, water, military, etc. industries do Black people have the majority of the power and systemically oppress anyone?

Where is your source that most Corona related attacks on Asian women come from Black people?
