Generally I don't have any preconceptions of an anime before I download it and watch it. Consequently I try to download smaller versions, hopefully of good or decent quality. This one deserves better quality than the torrent I originally viewed it from so I am sharing a different torrent than I downloaded. This was a surprisingly good anime and the torrent covers three different seasons, each one a gem and a joy to watch. Technically this is a mech anime but for the most part it is a "Boy and Girl" anime romantic comedy/drama and there are no mechs in the second season whatsoever. The villians are a bit underplayed, especially since they were magnificient characters, but this was understandable given the true nature of the story being told. There is fanservice, although not consistent it was always a welcome addition. There is plenty of action as well but usually not very hardcore. I am on the fence about younger viewers, I suppose it is a matter of parental discretion. Personally I wouldn't have a problem with it, even though there are some very serious episodes that would normally make an anime too adult for a younger viewer to appreciate or understand, I thought they were done in an acceptable manner. I would highly suggest this series, if you don't mind some lighthearted comedy involved in your anime because there is plenty of that in this.

Plot Summary: Sousuke Sagara, a seventeen year old military specialist working for the secret organization MITHRIL, has been assigned to protect the latest "Whispered" candidate Kaname Chidori. To complete this task Sousuke will have to deal with enemies from his past as well as the occasional panty thief. Unfortunately for Sousuke, the toughest part of his mission isn't only protecting Miss Chidori but also getting used to living an average High School students life, no easy task for someone raised on the battlefield.

However, when Sousuke's mission to protect Chidori is terminated by Mithril, all seems to be in place for Amalgam's plans... This torrent also includes the 30 minute OVA for Full Metal Panic! The Second Raid Released May 26, 2006. This is one of those series that I wish I had more room to add wallpapers that I enjoyed but this post is large enough without adding to it further. Enjoy and seed so that others may do the same.
