@godgundam10, yes, some payment options might have transaction fee and we show that info before payment. Anyway, you can contact to our support team or just PM me to get help.

Okay. I'll keep it in mind. But I do want to know if there's a way to search FileJoker for some files I'm looking for.

@godgundam10, just as an option, you can use search feature on Akiba (or some other forums) or even use Google to find some files/links.

If my pc crashed during a download and I get the message "Your download has not finished yet." when trying to start it again, how long do I have to wait until it will let me without a premium account?

@SamKook, as a rule you need wait estimated time of the last free download. But time might be different depending on how many free downloads did you make the last 24 hours, your IP address, etc.

Is there a problem with FJ? I've seen random 404's a lot lately generated by nginx (maybe server config issue).

I been having them as well, and some have been reported to me, and many times it gets resolved later,

also sometimes it comes up premium only, you click the login button only to find out you are already logged in

@PJB, @CoolKevin, we are sorry about that. There was some issue on the hoster's side, but we have fixed it fast. At this moment everything works properly.

what I do now is save the link, and refresh a few times, and sometime later a link comes through
