I prefer digital. Only because I find that sooner or later, it'll be the way of the future. It's convenient to some degree also. I'm not fussed on investing money into collector's editions and all of that jazz..only because if I have the game itself, than I'm pleased enough as it is.

Can be old, or new. I'd say for me...The Tales games were fantastic. Especially Tales of Graces. I did enjoy Popolocrois for the PSP also. Anything that is heavily story orientated I'm up for. Games on the Sony systems and also a few of the Nintendo Portables I hold close to my heart, for sure.

For me I collect a majority of Anime related mediums. (DVD's & Blu-rays mostly.) For games I tend to emulate...but I've started to put together a little bit of a "retro video game collection." (Mainly a bunch of DS/PS2 games...though I would love to pick up a few boxed consoles at some point...

I personally like to buy physical Blu-ray/DVD sets. I used to torrent back in the day, but you just can't beat the hard copy content. As for Manga, I have a few volumes of Hunter X Hunter..and plan to collect One Piece sooner or later. (I thought the Anime was amazing prior to the timeskip.) ;)...
