I have no idea what FC2 is. It sounds something like Clips4Sale.com
Unless you have a steady stream of good content in a specific niche you wont make much
and probably won't cover your production costs.
They used to require ID's, 2257's and model releases but I think those requirements have been relaxed but the
producer is required to keep the documents.

Right. You always see some bogus address in SoCal for where to get 2257 docs; it's usually a storage container.
There was a company that was supposed to be a digital warehousing company for the docs and if you, as a producer, didn't get it from the girl, you could get it there. I don't know if that company stayed together. But I know some producers would call another for a model's 2257 because theirs got lost in the shuffle.
The last affront on the industry was that they were trying to get the actual shoot to be considered a hazmat situation, which would require a hazmat team to be on set and make sure everything was sano. Not sure how far that went. That was ages ago, it seems.
