I am disactivating Facebook like every 3 times per hour

I am trying to dis activate Facebook, but I keep returning to it and reactivate it. I like to see what my friends are doing in Facebook, stalk people in Facebook. The site policy of not deleting the account after 30 days may be the reason for this.
