10. Do not double post. If a title has already been posted on a particular filehost, you may not re-post it on that same filehost. Always search the forum for the DVD code (i.e. "MIDD635" and "MIDD-635") before uploading a DVD rip or .ISO. Encodings of different sizes are exempt from this rule. Videos by Exclusive Uploaders (the guys with the blue usernames) cannot be re-posted at all, unless your encoding is of a different size.

Both of your posts for this title are simply my uploaded title put up on FileJoker again as a single link. My links are still live as of 8/16, your links were posted much later up to yesterday. @GekkoE7 your 720p version would be okay according to the rules, but, your 1080p is in violation.

Anybody that has downloaded your titles can easily see what's been done. For anyone that has your titles and uses MediaInfo they can clearly see it is my exact same file, down to the Writing application. My mkvmerge is intentionally outdated. Look at the encoding date. The same as mine. Unless both of you acquired this on your own and just happened to mux the file on August 16 of this year at 2:09:35 exactly when I did.

Also, bottom images, for those that have their Windows Explorer set just so, you can see the cover attachment of my muxed MKV file is there in your uploads.

Claiming yours as LCBD-00944 does not make this right. Now, I'm willing to give you both the benefit of the doubt that maybe you downloaded this from somewhere else and simply uploaded what you believed to be an actual BD rip different from mine, but this is still against rules.

My mistake here. No intention of posting your files again on same thread, even If i did it will be 720p version of same or light watermarked version if its new release (even if its new, CoolKevin 99% wont allow watermarked one)

Yesterday I did updated the post of this code adding FHD version on my HD 720p no-watermark post. Here I mistakenly added your version. I have 2 versions. I updated the post because of rasio2244 post alert. thought yours dead so he added yours/or his version. I always end up not checking everything.

I mostly don't post on your thread, only after asking CoolKevin or he will straight up warn me for ban in IRC.

really no need to mention as this much detail because we are posting here for long time and aware of the rules and scolding of CoolKevin (lol). If you warned me in message, I will remove the links asap.

My versions in FJ (i am not sure I downloaded your's here or somewhere else, its for 720p re-encode, other 1080p version also no-watermark one). Please check the uploaded date. 1080p download counts are not from Akiba.

I don't get the cover info :/ . I added your cover on my post? Probably yes, I mostly take first post cover if its larger because the source of the cover from Amazon or other sites na. If its your scanned one, here too I am sorry for this. :metabelo:

I do know the structure. For example, your image here is for GOKU-032D, not for the title in question.

Just a blank judgement ?

I am obeying the rules every way possible. I used to re-encode Yipman's HD to SD with permission from Yipman when yellow watermark SD was floating around. 95% of the codes I get from torrents and I have only FJ premium. I upload a lot so my storage gets full. Right now I am not uploading much because I dont have storage in FJ. You know why? I am not getting any sales for them. I can show my download counts for every file, it will be 1 to 20 Max. rarely 30+.

If you check my old posts/threads, I used 4+ hosts in anime, manga and later moved on to JAV because most of my files go idle with storage going 20TB plus for anime alone.

I care to share in the first place. Not spamming all the threads. I can spam if i want justifying its different versions. But I am not. I also get lectured (for what I did) in IRC often from CoolKevin, not for spamming but for mistakes in information, new threads and rarely this kind. I did got banned for Japanese title only and I accepted it because I made a mistake which is against the rules.

For this code, I already have another 1080p version with no watermark. Did I posted that? No. I posted 720p resolution, different resolution from Casshern2 (before this issue). Now, I thought I posted that 1080p version and ended in this mess without checking the thumbnail and all.

I am not justifying what I did. I am not clamming his video in anyway as mine. Its a simple mistake, From my heart I said "Sorry". If you or anyone want a ban for me, I am okay with it too.

I should have checked his post, but I checked the last post. Months ago I informed CoolKevin that I wont touch Casshern2 but I already re-coded 720p (from other 1080p version) so I posted this and He said, if its new code, then its okay but he will double check the content.

So please stop creating a story from this. Its a simple mistake from my side. I always end up with this. :/

"Rather than put effort into sharing" this really hurts for who really trying their best to share the content for years. Anyway, its up to you and anyone who see this in bad light.

@GekkoE7 you are absolutely right, I should have just PM’d you first. HahA! When I posted that it was late, I was tired, hungry, had a stressful day at the office, the works. Honestly, I don’t go around checking all my posts, I just happened to decide to look this time when I got the notification of a comment on the thread. I had seen yours as well when you first added to it back in Sept but just glanced at it because, yes, I’ve seen that you do post different versions on threads. When I saw the post from @rasio2244 I then looked at yours more closely. Hey, mistakes happen, and I, too, have been asked by CoolKevin to do things better or correctly in the past. (quick shout out to @CoolKevin for always been nice, fair, patient, and understanding! Hope you feel better!)

Please understand, since you mentioned sales, that’s not what this was about. I’m not out buying yachts with any perceived sales. I’m lucky to be able to buy a pizza LOL, this just got my attention because of the rule. I have NOOOO problem with anyone grabbing what I post and encoding it again, truly. I know there are plenty out there that just don’t want or need FHD, so, turning it into HD or even SD is good for those who want the title. It’s all about availability! That’s why in my VR posts I largely stay away from the super-duper VR quality, not many want to download 25GB for a short title, right?

Consider this my apology, friend! Looking back I should’ve just messaged you, you’re correct. I will going forward, not just for you, for everyone. Better that way, really, thanks for getting that through my thick skull. Live and learn.

@Casshern2 Please no need to apology. You are correct in the first place. Rules are Rules. Its just, I messed up with links and thumbnails, I am sure rasio2244 too didn't noticed. If you reported to CoolKevin or a simple PM to me would have helped. I can understand the situation you are in at that time. its normal to react when seeing the files posted again. This is also good in someway like eye opening to double check everything. (still I make mistakes)

Sorry for my second post too. Its just He simply put a money blanket on what I do here. I am getting sale or not, still sharing the contents. Even my 80TB+ backup deleted because of not renewing or buying the storage in 1ficher so please understand not everyone shares the content in money point of view but its helping to store and share the contents and other things.

About CoolKevin, yes, rare to see a patient person like him. He is a real pro in what he does and that's the problem for troublemakers like me (lol). All he expects a good clean thread that will help Akiba become a unique place.

If I said anything wrong that hurt someone, please forgive me. Thank you Casshern2. Hoping that I don't make like this mistakes again. Still CoolKevin not responded again here so...
