Couple problems with newbie, IMHO, is (1) studios put them in a "programmed" career, first couple vids are super super vanilla (boring) and (2) some of them (more and more?) quit after the first contract (typical 6 vids in 6-9 months?) so it's a waste to invest emotionally on them.
