have there been any recent Gloryhole movies? The last one I saw was SDDE-462, released on Dec 8, 2016. Are there any other studios that create these types of movies? Maybe I missed them.

I've seen this. I might still have it on an old external hard drive somewhere. The culture of shame and apology over there is interesting. Whenever a corporation, specific executive, politician or even a celebrity is found to have done something illegal or simply "shameful", they hold a press conference, apologize and bow deeply before the cameras. It's this process of public prostration that's way too dramatic but it must be engaged in if you wanna keep your job or save your career.
