Any idea how to attach a text capture tool to this game?

Hello, I posted a game here and I was hoping someone could help me attach a tool to capture the text. The game also has a logbook but the text can't be selected unfortunately. Any help would really be appreciated, it's a small game (~40mb) and doesn't require to be installed. Thank you very much!
