Once again, filejoke proves they are truly pathetic. My dl speed is down to 98kbs for premium! Just a couple of weeks ago I was downloading at 2mbs. And like everyone else in this thread, their "customer support" does not return messages. I really wish Akiba could find a new sponsor.

Max F J in the Filejoker thread will reply to your messages, but I have complained to him and I am still experiencing exactly the same thing. Right now I am downloading just one file and my speed is between 75KB/s and a little over 100 KB/s. I also was getting excellent speeds two weeks ago, around 3 MB/s. In fact, since my complaint back in March, I went two whole months with good speeds, then the BIG SLOWDOWN arrived. It took me SEVEN hours yesterday to download one video. If the video you want is available in a torrent here at Akiba, I suggest you use that. They are fast. The main problem with going to another website for regular downloads is that nobody offers as many videos as Akiba or has better retention. But if Filejoker cannot provide decent service, Akiba needs to go back to multiple filehosts. Rapidgator was good for me most of the time, and their customer service actually answers your messages.

I started a one GB download from Filejoker FIVE AND A HALF HOURS AGO and it is only 80% complete. Filejoker blames my internet provider, but I bought Rapidgator premium yesterday at another JAV website and downloaded a five GB video in 40 MINUTES. Akiba torrents are also very fast. The moderators of this forum need to do something about Filejoker's ridiculously bad service.
