Hentai covers - that do not match the content

One of my favorite Milky productions is Dark Tours, but there is one major minus regarding that hentai.
The cover doesn't match the content or the cover the tour guide (main heroine) is molested by what-appears-to-be-a-Bus_Driver, unfortanly no such character appears in the hentai.

Can you recall other instances where the dvd did not match the content?

take the original cover instead...

And many many titles have covers that do not match the contents, just like all of the Obtain Future or many of the All Products / Five Ways covers. And even Milky has some of this kind.
