Dear MaxFJ,

I would like to have my download limit reset. (my username on Filejoker is 5861086078).

With the current limit I should be able to download 300~310 gig per month. But I download maybe 100 gig. And I want to do so in a few days. In about 90 minutes I have reached the limit and have to wait 3 days before I can continue. But by then most of the files are already deleted from your server(s) :(

So if you could please reset my limit (or keep the files long enough on your server(s), so I can download them, or best option, raise the limit).

TIA,
greetings,
Colweb

Done, also, please check your PM.

Dear MaxFJ,

I just apply for filejoker premium (180 days / user : 7938370 ).
I feel that 30 GB per 3 days is too low for me.
Normally I download 40-50 GB per day. Would you please reset the limit or any best option filejoker do for me.
I plan to use filejoker for longterm.

I use fiber optic internet which make 30gb limit reach very fast.

Thank you very much.

And how about changing the "No free download slots" check to prior to the 2 minute wait. If I've got to stare at your site for 2 minutes, the least you can do is make sure there's an "open slot" available. Yes, I realize it will let you know if there are no slots available prior to that, but it also kicks you out if the slots are all used up during that 2 minute wait. To click on "open link" and be redirected to the "no free slots" garbage is... annoying.

Dear Akiba users,

We are happy to announce that we have changed the way the traffic limit works! Now it's 50 Gb per any 5 consecutive days. Statistic updates every 24 hours, as before. We believe this improvement will allow anyone to download more than ever before and generally have a more enjoyable experience doing it!

Wait so, instead of 30GB per 3 days... it's now 50GB per 5 days. Which is.... exactly the same... or am I missing something here?

Yes, average traffic is the same, but now any user can download almost twice more during a one day, if required.

I can't upload anymore links because my FileJoker account has reached the 50GB capacity
Thanks to the "all threads must have filejoker links" rule, that means I can't upload anything without paying for premium every month

think about that, I have to pay money to share videos with this website

what the fuck?

Well, look at it this way: Akiba still exist because Filejoker is sponsoring this site. And without users who have a Filejoker premium account they can't sponsor.

So buy a Filejoker premium account and be happy that "because of the Filejoker rule" you can download almost everything. Without them as sponsor Akiba would have to have paid members. But then you also would have to have a lot of premium accounts by a lot of hosters.

Did they contact you and add more storage? It would be crazy for them not to since they would be making 100% profit off a free user.

You can contact them when the 3 months expire and they'll renew it as long as you keep uploading to the forum.

I'm finding it remarkable reading folks that are free users complain about this 50 gigs in 5 days. I mean for one, that's a hell of allot of downloading. How much stuff do you need to download consecutively? I can totally understand where FJ is coming from when they say they do it to stop leechers etc. Now a days there are a ton of those File Sharing sites that give you access to many different hosters for one price. And I'm sure that takes a shit ton of data. But also, you all know that Akiba is the premier place to get your Jav content. There are not very many out there like this. Its pretty much one of a kind. And I enjoy it because I can speak English here and understand everyone. Most jav forums are all in Japanese. Plus we can all have discussions etc. Its a fun place. So anyone complaining, saying they will leave, is just talking nonsense. You won;t find any better place than right here. So don't bite the hand that feeds you I say.

The limit is for premium users, not free ones and it depends on what you download, that's only 2 bluray iso so if there's 3 release in those 5 days, you better pray the links stay alive long enough to be able to download them.

Don't you think getting 2 bluerays in 5 days is worth the cost of a membership? If you bought those titles, they'd cost allot more than 12 bucks I would think.

I'm a usenet guy, I'm used to getting around 1TB of download a month with a faster and less than 12$ unlimited subscription so a 5 day limit doesn't sound like a great deal to me. Also I'm downloading more in 5 days using free alternatives on other forums than I am here. In this day and age where everything goes up in size and connection get faster, I don't think something that restrictive is a very good deal. Even 15 years ago a friend and I were downloading 20GB a day on most days by bringing an internal hdd and plugging it in a computer at our college to be able to download everything we wanted since we had a 5GB a month limit with our ISP and burn it all onto CDs to be able to repeat the process. Thinking that a 50GB in 5 days limit would have been a bother even then in a time where HD didn't exist is frightening.

It's good that filejoker is helping keeping the forum alive and that people have a common host they can use to download what they want, but the download limit can be very limiting to some people and having to constantly ask for your limit to be reset isn't a very good solution in my opinion.

It doesn't really affect me personally since I mostly use it for uploading and I'm a lot less active than I used to be since the filejoker exclusive thread rule doesn't sit well with me since it decreases the quality of the posts since when one link goes down, it's done and it has attracted a crowd that doesn't care about quality in the slightest contributing to videos getting worse and worse to the point whenre I wouldn't consider watching most of what gets posted here nowadays except from a select few uploaders. What I download is mostly to complete series and I have to always on the lookout for a better alternative which pretty much never comes because most people don't care a few days after the release date.

With the filejoker affiliate program. I see an option of 65% of Sales / 50% of rebills or Pay per Download.
I assume the 65% of Sales / 50% of rebills is for income that comes from those who sign up through links. But what exactly is the Pay Per Download?
How does that work exactly?

filejoker, you take too long to up the limit to 50GB....
I have long gone from uploading because of your restriction. Anyway, I am now just a casual downloader, it doesn't affect me. but it does affect me on contribute to the community.
I will patiently wait for improvement. I am still a loyal customer for rapidgator.
