How to edit thread titles?

Actually, it seems that what I previously said isn't true anymore or at least not true if you have the Uploader title like I do(I can't test it as a normal user).

You can change it by going in the Thread Tools(top right) and selecting Edit Title.

hmmm..i went to the thred tools..but it only shows 'add a poll' option...I guess u need to be a certain level to change thread titles?
