Plot summary
the year is 2115,the world has separated 3 factions, two of them are at war (ROZ and MDF) and ROZ just got a report of MDF weapon facility in some island thus sending aircraft carrier with raven unit to destroy the facility, meanwhile MDF send a squadron to defend the facility both unit fights a fierce battle,Ryo tried lock on kazuma but was outmanuevered and shot down by him... haruna enraged with ryo's death goes into frenzy and killed 2 raven unit while chasing kazuma, finally she got a lockon then shoot a missile but mayumi intervened and take the hit instead....Kazuma snapped, he detached from raven formation going after his sister killer...

now both once lovers unknown of each other identity having a deathmatch, both aircraft badly damaged in the battle, kazuma seeing no chance of winning crashed his plane into haruna's, she ejected before crashing and captured by ROZ aircraft carrier taken back to ROZ capital and was r***ing many times by ROZ soldiers, while kazuma found ashore of the MDF island facility then MDF government staging an act with keiko as his savior to nurse,sleep with him and extract valuable info.....
now will the two be reunited and settle their score in peace ? or they will kill each other ? (its up to company plot :lols

To able to create an anime is like... Amazing...

China was also trying to build their own anime empire but fail miserable.

They end up only good enough to do fansub.

Even US was not able to come out with story of such as anime.

There was one nick (I forget his nick) on the net which actually did create a doujin hentai anime for Naruto and Bleach.

I do not really like the naruto one because the the drawing of Sakura was quite suck. I like the bleach one (Rukia).

Code Geass C.C will be a good story.

If you ask me I prefer the new one (after she lost her memory).

pink, what exactly that make other countries failed to make one ? their artwork, story or simply lack budget ?
the only country that I know have good quality anime besides japan is korea, others like U.S,taiwan and europe usually lack in a good/complex storyline.....I wonder why this happens ? they surely have some excellent comics with good artwork and story but when they animate it, the results seems like a joke to their comics....

A very difficult question, I can only try my best to answer.

Now the top anime happen to be Bleach, It is a very clear answer to me that anime become very popular only lately when it appear on net.

Honesty anime has come a very long way. Unlike hentai, anime started somewhere around 196X which I am not able to find the actual date.

Forget about the history,

Art naturally is unexplainable, quality is obvious answer.

Culture itself has very high level of impact in a very indirect manner. That is beside talent and resource.

One very famous anime Detective Conan known as Case Closed in US. The manga author did not success in his first manga and was force to end his manga. That also could be the end of his manga career.

Nevertheless Detective Conan was born. Kaido Kid a character in Detective Conan was the main character from his first manga.

He did fail very badly.

Every artist has very unique way of expressing their work, only question is how well their artwork is accepted.

Many countries which out to do anime mainly because of money and repu.
With half fuck understanding of the original work of the artist. The output can never be original to the artist itself unlike Japan which has a very strong ownership of the author.

A good example will be Harry Plotter, it is only a book with words written on it. Unless the director of the movie has a vision, he will not be able to create a live-action movie out of words.

Lastly age group, US cartoon is very childish, most of them always has something to associate with animals like Ninja Turtle, I use to watch them but not now because I not a child anymore. I prefer something from my age group. In term of character design, one biggest joke in most of the countries from the east. Cartoon hero character tend to wear the underwear outside.
In order to make it a hit on globe, beside story and character design they will have to work on many parts.

As for china, most of their film is very self-glorify. I need no second answer.
