I don't know much about Ria Sakurai, but Google tells me that she's still working in the adult movie industry under the name of MIU Aisaki. When she was going by the name of Ria Sakurai, she appeared only on censored movies, but now she's making appearances on uncensored ones. This probably means she's not working as Ria Sakurai any more.
Those movies are from 2010. I'm pretty sure she has retired, seeing how she was already in a decline when she changed her stage name.
