Please ban picfoco, hotlinkimage and other picture hosts that spread viruses and trojans. It is useless to post thumbnail screenshots when clicking on the link brings viruses. Thank you.

Picfoco and hotlinkimage are clean and do not install malware when visiting the sites. We monitor what picture hosts are used and clean posts that contain bad links. We can't catch everything and reporting posts help us keep akiba squeaky clean.

You might want to scan and disinfect your comp for any present malware. Two sites you can check out for a free online scan and cleaning are Panda ActiveScan 2.0 and Trend Micro Housecall.

If you use Firefox then I recommend getting the NoScript add-on since it'll prevent malware from infecting your system if you visit a bad link. If you use internet explorer, then good luck! :goodboy:

I second kbryc08 about Firefox. Never had any kind of unwanted virus/popup/malware attack since I'm using it.
You need also a good antivirus otherwise, Avast is a good free solution:

You can also use free softwares such as Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and SuperAntiSpyware to remove malwares/spywares.

Thanks everyone. I get pop-ups from those sites that sometimes lock up IE, but I may have picked up a trojan from elsewhere that is cusing it to do that.
