http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4p3VBtO4wf0 For some reason, what looks to be a squadron of US Military choppers are flying over and me (in my great wisdom) assume some military adventure is about to begin.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bQPu4dzx_GE Chatting With Paul - Having a talk with my buddy Paul from New Zealand about what he's doing in Japan and how he likes (or dislikes) it. Take notice you weeabo's all hop-hyped thinking you'll be king in Japan. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AMQzen30mbw Lost In Tokyo - Actually I'm not lost in Tokyo, I'm lost in Nikotama. I thought "hey, Japan's a small country, I'll just walk from my apartment to Shibuya!' ..... turns out I severly under-estimated it and it was actually 26km, hence the 1/2 hour train ride... frig.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b_mv7uTvcWQ Caught In The Rain (Pt 1) Mid-way getting caught in the rain... and cursing every moment of it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cxWsyNTh7FE Caught In The Rain (Pt 2) Rain stars to come down, all while my phone is starting to come down. Lots of thunder, some lightning and me getting (soon to be) soaked.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m-7Dt7WCa0s Shibuya Lights Just a (very) short video of some neon lights that I see every other day in Shibuya. I had to capture these on video as they were featured in the movie "Lost In Translation" and thought it was nifty.
Here's a three-fer since I haven't updated in the last 24 hours. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E1gKqdshrM8 Room Party In Yokohama - One of the many parties to take place inside a small room in our apartment deep in the trenches of Yokohama. Claire, Clay, Stephane, Pozzy, and others all take care in the goodness and joyfulness. Yay for us! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mPQmDjWru3A Urban Jungle 1 - Walking through Tokyo has endless surprises. One such interesting thing is that there are multiple small forests or 'jungles' as I called them spread throughout the city. You walk down a few flights of steps outside in a park and suddenly all you can hear is the sound of tropical birds (most likely from a recording) and the sound of water rushing through the area. It's quite a nice escape from the sounds of traffic!
Kirin Lemon, not just for straights anymore! At Narita airport The Narita Shuttle (from the airport to the individual take-off platforms)
Good to see you're still keeping up the posting here. Took me darn near four hours to flip through the past 50 pages since my last visit. Gotta be an ISP faster than this somewhere in this cold frigging country here. Thanks for the good fun, and sorry to hear about your buddy.
Nice food I hope to go to Japan in about one and a half year. Still have to improve my grades though. Got 2.6 GPA so I need to get 3.4 GPA to get the minimum of 3.0 GPA. I get money from the government and my dad every month (even if I am going to study in Japan, I get it). I only need to pay for the plane which means I have money left to buy anime stuff and tasty Japanese food
