Guess I'll start posting some of my pics... standard gaijin living in Japan pics... (^_^) Shinjuku at night:
Bastards at ABC Mart never have shoes my size (30) so I get to order from home or try to get onto the mil base just to buy some damn Nikes. *grumble* Welcome to japanaland! Where from? What brought you here?
Size 30 is tough man in Japan! Many makers only offer up to 28 on Japan model shoes... lucky I'm a 25 (^_^). I'm married to a nice Japanese girl so I've actually been back to Japan many many times in the past but some changes in life including job made us decide to sell our house in Canada and make the move to Japan. So after "forcing" my wife to live in Canada for 12 years after she finished school, we packed our bags this summer and bought a house 3 days after landing in Japan back in August. Yeah so I'm one of those spouses of a Japanese national and so far its been great! Here are more pics... Chiba Lotte Marines game we went to. Nice beer girls. My wife liked the first one below, my preference was the second. (^_^)
I love Otsuka Ai! Unfortunately, her lawyers DMCA'd me a couple of months back. I never found out why (b/c they DMCA'd google, who then went ahead and deleted my entire blog update without notifying me or telling me what it had contained that was bad), but I have a guess that it was because I might have (MIGHT HAVE! I can't even remember!) uploaded a copy of Sakuranbo to Mediafire so my friends could listen. @_@ The girl is amazingly talented. Sadly, her CDs cost an assload. >_> I would be happy to sponsor her with my dollar-votes if her CDs were more fairly priced (like, $12 for a 12-track CD). Stupid Japan and its overpriced media. -_-;
I'm re-doing the panoramic postings, to get rid of a bunch of the black chunks that I didn't clip off. Landmaker Tower - Looking North Landmaker Tower - Looking South Landmaker Tower - Looking West Landmaker Tower - Looking East
