Good plots are good. Bad plots are bad. It's as simple as that.

A bad plot, on the other hand, is a waste of everyone's time. People who can follow what's going on say "man, this is boring." And people who can't follow on also say "man, this is boring." Everyone's bored by a bad plot.

That's a pretty easy list to make for the R1 market:

01-11 Legend of Lyon Flare 2 - Into the Erogenous Zone (Happy Carrot / uncensored) => not really new material but the second episode is exclusive
02-03 Dirty Laundry [Sentakuya Shin-chan 洗濯屋しんちゃん] (Kitty Media / uncensored)
