Does anybody ever wonder how come rape themed JAVs that are taken in public places such as in train or street side bushes are keep being produced regardless of the fact that raping is a crime?

I mean...can't those videos be used as a solid hard evidence to prosecute the company? Or am I the only idiot who doesn't know that the "victims" had actually known that they are going to be "raped"? Don't get me wrong. I do know that some of them are obviously scripted.

Should be a law violation to do it in public normally, but no evidence and no information against someone and no witnesses as well = no crime.

It´s just a show by script with at least one actress and an actor, a director and a cameraman...

Normally the actors even are paid...

yeah, not legal but if they don't get caught nothing will happen.

    all of them.

If it's being produced by a studio at least.

If it's just some grainy 8mm shit you grabbed from emule, then who's to say (though in all likelihood that would be fake rape too).

uh, if the "victim" don't report the crime they won't be a case
