Importing ICD (Izumu) Group BBW-SSBBW

I don't get the movies for free, the price is divided equally between all group members including myself

Right now each movie is 6800 yen and shipping is 3500 yen

30700 / 99 (paypal exchange rate) = 310.10 Total

310/6 members = 51.68

Everyone in the group pays 51.68 (including myself) for 4 movies.

On the issue with the real dvds, personally I won't sell them I've bought a few before and just keep them stored away, and a digital copy on my hard drive.

I dunno. As it is now, Either way the big winner is you (and everyone wins of course but you more than anyone else) you ought to pay a few % more than other people or some idea.

1) You get the opportunity to get hands over -physical dvds- you wouldnt have been able to/harder unless everyone co-operated- we others wont and its like we lend you cash, to get gold that you then can sell you know what im saying?

We dont know your plan yet how to handle things so. I dont accuse you i know you like the bbws genuinely so thats good

As for handling things

IMO
Private = more movies per batch, lower price; random people would join to get in on rare BBW-SSBBW movies for a small price
Public = less movies, higher price; random people most likely won't join the group or just leave and wait to get them for free, know what I mean?

I would rather the group keep the movies private, so only the people who have chipped in have the movies and not upload it to some random site. - I think this is best for the group, will be an incentive to get others to join while lowering the chip in price, and hopefully keep the group going every month for new set of movies.

For downloading, I think mediafire is best. Fast download speed without registering or waiting.

Will be uploaded in a rar file with passwords only the group will know.

yea sounds good. I dont have a trouble uploading for others officially as this akiba and other uploaders around the world of material has given me lots so gotta give something back, but your point to get people to join is good. We can decide this later and relatively to what we want later maybe a movie here or there not all whatever we want, just lets get started with shipping the movies cause it takes some time and we want them One bad thing with ul the movies officially is that there are true rippers out there that usually mirror movies to their own site to make money themselves and or sell the movies so.

Mediafire etc we can figure that out there are many easy ones.

Yeah, thats why private is better, as the movies we buy wont spread around everywhere and kill the group instantly

Hey Ekizo, are we all going to be able to DL all the DVDs, or just the one's we chip in for? Really hoping for the former.

Also, have you updated list of who's paying for what? I saw some new names on the list of donors, but I don't know what they're buying.

Yeah, I've added the ones from BBWchan, at least the ones that tossed me an email which was only 2 so far (rogueherring, gthis79)

If you chip in for 2, you get the 2 you chipped in for, all 4, get all 4 etc.

Originally, the plan was just going to be total price/group members and price split between all, but everyone gets all 4 movies and the price would be way cheaper per person.

But like half the group only wants 2 movies, or 1 etc. So, the chip in price will be different depending how many movies you want from the batch.

I think the original plan - total price/group members and price split between all - was better. If everybody gets the selected movie then it will be the ICD-222 and ICD-230.

yeah, with the original plan you get more for your $ that way but the group is split like half and half on which movies they want from these 4.
