    Another one by request. No real problems besides the size issue. I don't go apeshit when someone requests something from me, so if anyone has a video that's a little too large and they want it reduced, then go ahead and send me a private message. If I'm able to download it, and if it can be re-encoded, then I'll do it.

    I have another request uploading as we speak. Actually, the next one was requested three times in a 24 hour period.

    I apologize, and I know I'll piss SOMEONE off, but 4.8gb is just stupid. Even using the most common method of encoding in wmv, that should have only been around 2gb. Instead it's like someone chose the biggest preset they could find in the encoder and used it.

    I was able to reduce it quite a bit, but the movie is 4 hours long, so that contributed to the larger than normal size. Still, a 3.8gb size reduction is nothing to be disappointed with.

    Don't even think about it. All the movies in this forum are password protected. They're for sale. You have to pay 30CNY or 4 dollars before you get the pw.

    I pack the file with 7z. Try to use 7z to extract. The probable reason for your problem is either your winrar version is too old (newer versions support 7z format) or you haven't completed the download (i.e. the file is not intact, try to redownload it).
    btw: All my uploads require no password. If there is a pw, I'll include it in my post. Anyway, if you mean to share the movie, why bother to add a pw to it? It only makes sharing difficult.:exhausted:

    I tried 7Z for Mac, no luck. I'll try reloading the file. Is their anything else I should know, my UniRarX is the latest edition according to the software. When I try 7Z, I get the same "no files to extract message and it tells me to "toggle UniRarX in Preferences". When I go to preferences on 7Z i don't see that option.

    Instructions:

    First, use either Winrar or Winzip to unzip the files and put them all in the same folder.

    Then use Hjsplit to combine all files together.

    It's the same as extracting rar multi packs. Just use 7z to extract the first part (i.e. the part with the extension of .001), you'll get the whole movie.
