Here are other two players. You can choose one to download and install (you do not need to uninstall K-Lite). If it still does not work, ask someone else please:dunno:

To those having codec problems! You must uninstall other codec packages you may have on your system before installing K-Lite Mega.

Note: I only use 2 media players; one for audio (AIMP2) and one for video (WMP11 with K-Lite Mega) with file association settings associated accordingly.

It's not good practice to DL a bunch of media players that come with their own codec packages.

Don't know what's going on, but it's still dead for me. It times out every-time before it starts the download, and I did try the new link.

BTW, I'm new around here and would like to contribute but I live in the USA and have been nervous about purchasing movies from Zen and Giga without being 100% sure I will be able to download and view the films. Plus I use a MAC and not a PC and definitely not Windows Xplorer. Anyone have experience purchasing in the USA? Advice?

I've purchased video's and tried to download them, they refuse to download if it's not to the latest internet explorer. They simply refuse to support MAC. I have no idea, why they are still in the dark ages with marketing, especially when the DVD's sell for $90+. I have emailed them about it, they reply nicely, refund my money, and tell me their working on it (this was about a year ago), I even brought it up on their forum. I have all kinds of conversion software, and I have no doubt if I could get a file in my possession I could convert it to a MAC friendly format.

Thanks Burk. That's what I thought. There is a huge market for their movies here in the States. I am surprised too that they are not taking advantage of it. I have a friend who makes American superheroine movies and he is raking in the dough. Zen/Giga/Zeus is missing out...

At any rate, I would consider splitting the costs on some of the movies but I'm kind of paranoid and don't trust people I meet in forums... no offense.
