Censored JAV - why?

    Hi pals
    Sorry if it's FAQ, there are many JAV-fans around me, but nobody understand - why censored JAV are exist? Anyway, they all are adilt videos even with mosaic, so I'm still surprised.
    Or maybe some actress want to be a part of censored JAVs? Really have not idea.
