If you had read the rules, you should have read this: Warnings are at the Staff's discretion, but I am sure there would have been comments made in your posts which could tell you why you were banned (I am sure you know yourself). As for the how the banning system works: I do not know you personally, so I can't say you have broken any of these rules - The only way to know is to wait for redrooster to post and confirm the reason(s) why.

:nosebleed: haaa In my ISP use Dynamic IP . It change when i connect internet . I think you show the ISP level bc only 1 IP use .
you may thank your fellow countrymen then for permanently abusing our forum. THis was not the only parameter for my decision though.
