Rich Woman Betrayed By Staff Stories

I am looking for javs in which the plot is a rich woman or girl is betrayed or tricked into submission and humiliation by her butler or other staff working for her. I have seen a few like this by Attackers and wonder if anyone else does this type of story?
Does anyone happen to know if there is a special Japanese name for this genre type?
I am not interested in an office type story but one where rich owner is betrayed at home.

Sorry I don't have the numbers as I don't note or keep javs after I have seen them. I remember they were RBDs and mostly in the high 400 numbers. At least that's what I remember. When I have a chance I will browse through Attackers on a website and see if anything jogs my memory.
To expand a bit on my interests I like the idea of a rich woman or girl who is betrayed into slavery and humiliation by her household staff, butler maids pas and so on. So she is betrayed by the very people she should be able to trust the most.

Ok here are some that I can remember. Bear in mind that I can only guess at the plot, not being able to speak Japanese. Apart from 421 none of the below are exactly what I am looking for but they are very similar. I have seen similar stories done by other sites other than Attackers just cant remember the names and sites off hand.

To me its the plot of a rich spoiled woman being tricked into slavery that I find interesting.

RBD-063 Slave island 6 young girl takes over company when her father dies and is kidnapped into slavery by his old associates and her friends.

RBD-202 young woman running family firm is tricked by her family into slavery.

RBD-246 presidents daughter kidnapped

RBD-421 daughter is tricked by servants into slavery
