There are "brothels" everywhere in Japan. Osaka does have a region dedicated for gay/lesbians though.

As for "brothels" (the good ones that won't screw you over anyways) most likely foreigners will not be allowed, unless your Japanese is as crisp as a native and/or you have some really good connections.

There are "brothels" that try to attract foreigners but usually those places might be part of an organized crime ring and will rip you off and have women of different nationalities.

Japanese girlfriend for sure is better. 1000 JAV movies does not equal one girlfriend. I don't see why you can't have both? JAV is an alternate universe, a fantasy you can get lost in for entertainment. The problem nowadays is that its much more addicting than real life. Sharing JAV interest with your girlfriend might be the best of both worlds. Girls are just as horny (many times more so) than guys, from what I've read. They just don't have as much testosterone to act upon it.
