Well, they say they will honor DCMA. So while they won't be tracking
what you download, they will delete it if they receive any complaints.
In all technicality, there's nothing different about what it's doing (it's the same bittorrent protocol on the server, and the same filehost http protocol as with rapidshare, et al). So unless there's some other precedence (such as RIAA vs bittorrent, which is nonexistant), there should be no major problems.
Still, this is intended for sparing use per-account. It's not like it'll do anyone any good to post the DDL links because of the 15gb limit. So unless copyright holders give Imageshack a blacklist of copyrighted files, no one else is going to know that the files are there for downloading in the first place.
