Legal what? Legal to be born? Legal to look at? Legal to touch? Legal to have a consensual relationship with?

I will assume that you are referring to the age of consent. Well first, there are many countries that have an age of consent of 12 years of age. And so, many underage, (assuming you are referring to girls under the age of 18) are legal in some parts of the world.

But let's assume that you would prefer a girl younger than 12. Many countries have age of consent laws which are dependent upon a complainant. And so if you have an agreeable relationship with the parents and the girl then there is no reason you could not have a relationship with a young girl.

But do you really want a relationship with a young girl? I don't. I mean it is just not practical. We would have very little in common. We would have very little to talk about. While I find young girls very attractive I would not want to have a sexual relationship with one. I would not be fulfilled. I need companionship, stimulating conversation and someone who can stay up past 9 o'clock.

But maybe you don't want a relationship. Maybe you just want sex. Well, young girls are a bundle of emotions. They are fragile and impressionable. I don't think a young girl could handle the complexities of a 'friends with benefits' relationship. Most adult women can't. And I sure as hell don't want to be blamed for scarring someone for life.

So I guess I will just look and not touch. It's better that way.

While i appreciatte you trying to write a more detailed post, i don't appreciate the comment. Have you considered that the thread is like this on purpose? That i didn't want to specify if i was talking about the age of consent, nudity as it related to Junior Idols, or what.

Guess you should've put "a little more thought" into that, right?

Every day i hear of more and more people getting arrested for the silliest reasons. Just yesterday a guy had to plea guilty to child porn charges for buying manga in the US. He didn't have any picture of real girls, he didn't have any videos, just manga.

Since the 90's the US has been pushing the other countries into following their ideas, and it keeps inching and inching into every nation. When i was a teen, nude girls were normal in the media (and nudity overall was way higher - even during afternoon you could see full frontals on tv here). I remember seeing girls on tv and nobody complained about it. Now, suddenly, it's totally evil. Try to re-run an 80's movie and see what happens. Massive lash-out.

Does that mean that everyone from the 80's and 90's was "disturbed" by the media and we need to protect our poor little kids from it?

It is certainly implied.

And yet, criminality and suicide rates grow every year, while health decreases.

I'm not saying "give us naked kids and we'll be healthy again". I'm saying that forcing people to look over their shoulders for every little thing does not help. Quite the opposite. Look at the obsessive behaviours created by the internet - are they cause or effect? This generation is fat, depressed and lonely. And it's not getting any better.

Sorry for the confusion, I was referring to the comment about legal age being moved up to 21 when I said I wouldn't be surprised if that happened one day.

Well, it depends if the laws had always been that way, or if the laws where to change tomorrow. You would also have to consider what age you’re referring to.

If the laws changed over night, I think many, most people will still feel awkward about dating a young girl. Look at the way things are now. If someone is 30, or more, and they bring an 18Y old home, in most western homes, it’s frowned upon, but not for all the same reasons. Some people judge it as weakness/the inability to find a mature girl. Others see it as robbing the crib as I think the saying goes. Some might even be jealous. (good for you I guess)

But ultimately, (In referring to people in control of their actions) people's actions are based off of moral references points which are the blue prints of what we call civilized. In theory, the ego (our personality) is always trying to please the super ego, (driven by parents, authorities ect). It's purpose is to control satisfactions, while the subconscious ID feeds who we are. (The ID is the oldest mental component of our thoughts, based on the pleasure principle). [Sigmund Freud] btw, I find some of his theory's to be on the mark, but only as far as we have evolved in our understanding. Nothing is 100%.

Visualize a path, society following a religious path. But things like science and man have civilized itself by creating new reference points that make up the blue print of our morals. But if no one knows the true path, what are the actual reference points to anything in life. It's a complicated question.

What if the sun blew up tomorrow? I know there would be a cause and effect of some sort.

If the laws had always been that way, I think guys would do what they do now. Go for the younger girls, but I think many of them would soon abandon them for older girls because their maturity. and there wouldn't be such a fascination with them because it would be considered normal. But this is also difficult to answer because we tend to prejudge the common environment we are surrounded in, so one might ask, how one would label the young girl if underage dating was the norm.

I think I know what you wanna say. In my opinion the human race is moving farer and farer away from the roots and from biologie. More and more rules and laws and so on are trying to resist our inner nature, and that´s something that makes people ill I think.

About 150 years ago it wasn´t a problem to marry a for example 13 years young girl even in European countries. Now it´s 18 years in lots of countries here. The question is: Have those people there 150 years ago all been perverted? Or are we now too prudish?

I hope you understand what I wanna say. It´s difficult for me to explain my feelings in a foreign language.

Every now and then I keep hoping to one thing, girls should be loved properly...
I thought "legalized" underage girls is not that suitable, is no way in helping reducing those criminals... Don't you agree...?
