I've only tried one, but I had no patience for it myself.
Kinda cool VRML styled navigation in some scenes but to much talk and to
little "action" in my taste...
I have not figured out the settings and stuff yet, but yes, that one I tried was English text with JP sound. And English menus too.

I installed sexy beach 3 but the game goes to a black screen and just stays there no matter how much time I wait.
techie could you try installing and playing the game yourself? If you get it to work could you tell me your specs. Thanks in advance!

I only DL'd one to try the panels and stuff because I'm in the initial stages of some GDev myself.
I don't have the full content of this pack and I will likely trash the one I got shortly as well to make some space for 3D rendering.
Try the "original source" for more info by doing a search on TPB for the info on it.
Their comments are very helpful most of the time.
EDIT:---
Another common problem with games going all black screened is that they require PixelShader support in DX 9 or higher, of a format not supported by your graphical card.
It is advisable to check the specs of the game to find if this is a case.
Typically problems like this can occur if you have less than 128 MB VGA, and unsupported DX drivers.
PixelShader 1.0, 1.1 and 2.0 definitely show these symptoms from time to time.
