Not really an OAV then, and it should be only about 16 mn long.

ANN not always right, they have a lot of mistakes and plenty of incomplete infos. I acknowledge it's hard to figure it out without other sources, though there is anidb and world-art.ru (russian site, but huge database)

Actually I don't really care about the "status" of the video, technically is it an OAV since it was released in the japanese market. Now 16 mn is a bit short, so to classify it as a promo video would be more suitable. If you want to call it OAV like Lodoss, Gall Force or Golden Boy, fine with me.
