Hmmm... in this case, IMHO the japanese toys had gone one step further.
I'm not going to judge the american counterpart because I have never used any.
Not just the outer molding (vaginal lips) is a cast from some live actress.
The inner part of the sleeve goes as original as possible too. The nooks, bents, texure is as much replicated faithfully by all means they have : scanning, making molding and such.
Put your finger deep inside and you will notice this right away. It looks right outside, also seems right inside (pull it wide like some gynecologist and you will see) and feels almost right too (well, nothing beats the original female member yet).
Since it is almost a replica on the front part and at the inside, cleaning is important and may not be a quick job.
Luckily the very soft safe-skin material is durable and stretchy, making it easier to keep clean after that use/unloading of your cargo.
