Japanese Board torrent list resource

Open up one of the BBS links, such as this one:

Scroll through the numbered posts, such as post 9 from the previous link:

Links are usually posted in pairs, where the first link shows you the DVD cover. The second link takes you to a file host site where you can download the .torrent file. You then take the .torrent file and open it up in your bittorrent client, and download as you would a normal torrent.

Sometimes one post has more than one link to a filehost--they just rehost the same .torrent file in case you can't connect to one of the filehosts.




If you're used to just browsing the torrents subforums here at AO, rest assured that almost everything that gets posted on a BBS shows up here (and actually, more, since people here also post their finds on Share, etc).

About the bbs2chreader addon. Yesterday I upgraded to FireFox 3. it seems that the old version of bbs2chreader is not compatible. Anyone know what is the solution for this (other than waiting for the compatible version)?

Use a standalone 2ch reader, like jane2ch (janenida varient)? Better control over thread loading, caching, link execution, connection (proxy etc), and so on. It's also a non-install app like Share, so you won't muck up your registry.

I currently use bbs2chreader in firefox2 portable edition, since it's borked in firefox3

I have used standalone readers in the past, but I've never gotten along with one as well as bbs2chreader

I actually found the newest bbs2chreader addon which compatible to FF3. I am using it since last month. So far so good. I can post the link at here if you want to.
