i don't really get it what are you willing to say it here, from what you called, "children porn" or "kiddie porn" are the children actually naked?
because, from every time i see some post and saw a picture that definitely picture of a child, she was still wearing clothes or swim wear, although if she's naked, there must be something that covering her "thing", that the law for porn in japan, perhaps what you mean by "children porn" mean junior idol.
maybe you can include some more information or a link what you mentioned

Here in italy there will be jail for children porn (or nude) from 5 years to 15 years, and in the jail for the one who make the infrangment the life will not be simple, not at all usually the one will be isolated, or meant to die, i am not kidding
no polemic, just for let you know :)

I'm pretty sure in most countries prison justice is particularly brutal for those who would take advantage of the defenseless!

I suppose to those who have never been in jail they don't understand what it is like. Prison is where the strong and violent prey on who and what they can. There is no "justice" about it, nor is the term meant to convey such. Scumbags are scumbags and the strong prey on the weak.
