I appreciate the effort. But you forget I was a mod, I know about rule 13, and I know it does not always apply. I won't go into details because I was not inviting or interested on a discourse on the subject and I feel it would be crass and in bad taste of me to do so in the first place.
Let me be more specific. Japan has used marvel characters before on their local tv shows, the fact that cartoonpalace released it, ( not cartoonplanet as I mistakenly said early, sorry about that), does not mean it was released in the west.

this just is normal japanese 12 eps. anime TV series, which can be posted here at AO without any problems. Just the fact that the name of the main character is identical to the character used in the Marvel comic series and the X-Men movie as well is no reason that it may not be posted here.
